Fundraising Coordinator has responsibility to develop and/or maintain fundraising programmes that ensure the ongoing viability of the organisation.

Duties & Skills:
- Work within the policies, procedures, philosophies and values of POSAA.
- as a member of the POSAA team to achieve the aims and objectives of POSAA.
- Create, lead and manage members of the fundraising team.
- Fundraising Team (volunteers) and ensure their effective performance.
- Source, write and submit grant applications.
- Ensure all promotional, fundraising and other special events meet the expectations of the organisation through effective management, planning, development and evaluation.
- Maintain appropriate records and undertake other relevant administrative duties including provision of regular program reports.
- Manage the agreed budgets of the POSAA Committee.
- Liaise and network with relevant corporate and private sector organisations and individuals to promote the profile of POSAA Services and to increase the support and sponsorships from this sector.
- Ongoing Development and maintenance of the community engagement, communications and media plan.
- Other duties as identified by the Committee.
