December 2011

You are invited to participate in a survey being conducted by Susan Arentz, PhD student at the University of Western Sydney with the support of the polycystic ovary syndrome association of Australia (POSAA).

The survey is asking women with PCOS about their use and experiences with complementary medicine or therapies and self-help measures, in particular dietary choices and exercise or physical activity. We want to know about your experiences, what you have tried, did you feel that you achieved your aims or not. Hopefully your response will contribute to better outcomes and care for women with PCOS. The survey is anonymous and there will be no personally identifiable characteristics about you that will be linked to your response. The survey takes about 20 minutes.

If you think you may be interested please read the attached Information Sheet; it provides further details about the survey and study.
